Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview the patient or representative to obtain demographics.

• Coordinate with Admitting, PBX, and reception areas to ensure smooth workflow.
• Operate computer systems to input and retrieve patient data.
• Communicate effectively with patients across age groups while maintaining accuracy.
