• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews patient or representative to obtain demographics and insurance information.
• Secures eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable.
• Works with Admitting department and PBX/reception areas.
• Input and retrieve data in computer systems.
• Communicate with diverse patient populations using age-appropriate techniques.
• Maintain proficiency in medical terminology.
• Participate in special projects with defined timeframes.
