Job summary

Cameron Hospital in Angola, IN is seeking a part-time Night Patient Registrar. The role covers 11pm–7am shifts (56 hours bi-weekly) with weekends and holidays as required, including shift premiums.

Responsibilities include accurate patient registration, entering data into the EMR, cashier duties, and patient assistance to ensure proper forms and information for billing and care. The incumbent will schedule appointments, collect payments, balance cash, and uphold confidentiality and Cameron’s

Qualifications

• Registration/secretarial experience preferred.
• Excellent computer and clerical skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Enter correct information into the EMR to facilitate billing processes.
• Complete cashier functions and perform clerical and administrative duties.
• Schedule appointments according to clinic template.
• Collect patient payments including insurance copays and deposits.
• Prepare daily deposit with report and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow Cameron’s policies.
