Sweeping Corporation of America seeks an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for a full-time night shift in Richmond, VA. You will operate a parking lot sweeper to service shopping centers and parking lots, ensuring cleanliness and safety on every route.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, a valid Driver’s License, and at least 21 years old with a clean MVR/background check, plus required DOT physical and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Pass MVR check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspections: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: review routes, complete jobs within timeframes with quality.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate parking lot sweeper following traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: handle materials safely and dispose per procedures.
• Reporting: report issues promptly and elevate safety concerns.
• Professional Communication: maintain professional conduct with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: complete logs and forms accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: respond to changes and resolve issues timely.
• Attendance: maintain regular, on-time attendance.
