Sweeping Corporation of America in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for full-time, 3rd shift. You will operate a parking lot sweeper to keep shopping centers and parking areas clean and safe, following safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: MVR check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned routes including shopping centers and parking lots, drive the parking lot sweeper, and operate specialized equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or incidents within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible.
• Maintain professional communication with team and clients as needed.
