Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for full-time work in Virginia Beach, VA. The 3rd shift role offers $15-$16 per hour and requires reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.

You will operate the parking lot sweeper across assigned shopping centers and lots, perform safety inspections, and follow site procedures to keep areas clean and safe for the public.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of driving experience preferred
• Driver’s license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass MVR, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Own assigned routes including shopping centers and parking lots, drive the sweeper, and maintain parking areas.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety features are operational.
• Operate equipment safely and follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with team and clients.
