Graham Packaging Company in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Packaging Specialist for the night shift, 5:54 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., on a 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule. The role involves housekeeping, case making, inspecting and packing finished product in accordance with established procedures and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including to internal and external customers.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.

• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of the production area per procedures and guidelines.
• Inspect, package and label finished products.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvements and related activities.
• Notify supervisor of potential problems with product or equipment.
• Train regular and temporary workforce on stacking, packing quality and case machines.
• Keep area clean, orderly and safe; complete required documentation.
