Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Mason, Ohio is hiring for a Machine Operator I on the night shift (6:48pm–7:00am, 2/2/3 rotation). You will operate cold glue labeling lines, dunnage palletizers, and related equipment, making minor adjustments for safe, efficient production of containers.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, quality checks, line changeovers, maintenance assistance, documentation, and collaboration with supervision to meet line objectives.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance and reliability.
• Proficient computer use and typing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments.
• Team-oriented with proactive collaboration.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Able to operate multiple lines and lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate labeling, palletizing, and wrapping equipment safely.
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust machinery.
• Support mold changes and line changeovers.
• Document production data accurately and timely.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed.
