Graham Packaging in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator I for the night shift (6:48pm–7:00am, rotating 2/2/3). The role involves operating cold glue labeling and related line equipment, performing minor repairs and adjustments, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, strong attendance, good communication, and the ability to work independently on a busy line.

Qualificações

• Regular, predictable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within set routines and practices.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer typing and usage skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate listed machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform minor adjustments, changes and preventative maintenance on line equipment.
• Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
• Assist in mold, color changes and tool changes as needed.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor to ensure line objectives are met.
• Provide support to other operators and maintenance personnel as required.
