Job summary

Fresh Baguette is seeking a Night Packing Shift Leader to guide the night packaging team at the Rockville, MD production center. Lead a crew of 6-15, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient labor use to meet targets.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Schedule is 6:00 PM–1:00 AM, Friday–Sunday, with major U.S. holidays on duty.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with labor management duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow Fresh Baguette’s packaging process, rules and food safety standards.
• Develop and train team members to be versatile, accurate and efficient.
• Pack bakery items in various boxes/bags according to orders.
• Assist the Logistics Manager when needed and complete logs/reports.
• Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour; monthly bonuses based on targets; PTO after 90 days; health and dental insurance after 90 days.
