Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Midnight Account Manager to supervise Owner Services overnight, handling flight details, service issues, and pass-downs to the next day shift. You will coordinate with Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance and the SOC to ensure on-time departures and minimal service impact for Owners.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic overnight environment, ensuring a seamless experience for NetJets Owners and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to make on-demand decisions with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated competency in all Owner Services duties and shifts.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to partner with internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and Owners.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment.
• Recognize and address potential operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and NetJets software (iJet II, ETM).

Responsibilities

• Overnight supervision of Owner Services and flight details.
• Perform quality checks on next-day flights and schedule set-up.
• Respond to Owner calls and emails; manage overnight workload and adjust the next day schedule.
• Coordinate with SOC and other departments to ensure smooth execution of flights.
