Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Current Day Account Manager to manage day-of communications with Owners and coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Crews, and Management to ensure flawless trip execution.

This role requires expert knowledge of NetJets products, programs, fleet, and internal processes to provide Owners with optimal trip solutions and timely, professional updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Hospitality or Aviation Management.
• 4-6 years of experience.
• Must have an active IDP and stay current on internal training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage day-of flights with effective cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the client’s day-of flight and provide information or changes to trip.
• Consult with clients on optimal day-of flight solutions and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Identify potential issues, manage delays, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth flight execution.
