Job summary

The Home Depot in Texas is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager (NRM) to join the store leadership team. You will supervise freight unload, pack out, and pack down, coach associates on policies, and ensure nightly tasks are completed and freight moves smoothly.

As a night shift leader, you will mentor associates, participate in talent planning, and support decision making with store leadership while maintaining safety and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior; recognize associates for demonstrating values-based behaviors and productivity.
• Direct supervision of freight handling processes including unload, packout, and purge pack down; ensure timely completion and proper placement of freight.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed; conduct safety training and enforce PPE usage; correct unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform Closing and MOD tasks; ensure store priorities are met and communicate with others for follow-up actions.
