Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1 year of work experience in a retail or store operations role.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior, partner with Night Operations ASMs on performance conversations.
• Oversee replenishment processes such as unload, packout, and purge pack down, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Ensure safety policies are followed, provide safety training, and enforce use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
• Perform closing and management on duty tasks, verify daily priorities, and communicate required actions to staff.
