Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to lead overnight freight activities, supervise unload, pack out, and pack down processes, and ensure safety and SOP compliance store-wide.

You will coach and train associates, provide performance input to store leadership, and partner with the Store Manager and Night Ops team to keep nightly priorities on track and the store ready for business.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.

Responsibilities

• People: provide in-the-moment coaching, recognize performance, ensure training completion, and uphold store standards.
• Replenishment: oversee overnight unload, pack out/down, and ensure freight is moved efficiently and store areas are set per MAP/direction.
• Safety: enforce safety/hazmat policies, PPE, training, and hazard correction.
• Shared Manager On Duty: perform closing tasks, walk-through hand-offs, and keep daily priorities aligned with/as per SOPs.
