Job summary

The Home Depot in Criders Corners, PA is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join the store leadership team. You will supervise freight unload, pack out, and pack down, coach associates, and ensure nightly tasks are completed and freight moves smoothly.

You will teach and train associates on Home Depot policies, enforce safety, and participate in talent planning with store leadership. This role requires adaptability, decision-making with SOPs, and partnership with the Store Manager and ASMs.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Responsibilities

• People - provide in the moment coaching, performance input, and training adherence.
• Replenishment - oversee unload, packout, and timely freight movement overnight.
• Safety - enforce safety policies, PPE use, and hazard correction.
• Shared Manager On Duty - perform closing tasks and store-wide priorities.
