Macy’s, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead day-to-day labor planning and wave coordination for an assigned shift.

You will oversee daily activities to meet facility and company goals while guiding a team of supervisors and associates. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, inventory control, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the wave planning on a shift, coaching and supervising direct reports.
• Generate reports for management and leadership.
• Ensure departments meet safety, cost, quality and service targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to retail division and senior management.
• Identify, develop, and implement short- and long-term strategies to improve profitability and productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory control and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT to refine systems that improve operations and service levels.
