Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in key NORM duties and store leadership. You will train under mentorship, learning Manager on Duty responsibilities, overnight freight oversight, and collaboration with NRMs and store leadership to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations during training period and learn OASM duties.
• Support opening/closing MOD and store-wide focus responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, hazmat procedures, and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist with merchandise placement, inventory management, and sign planning.
• Participate in a structured training program to prepare for an Assistant Manager position.
