Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT). You will gain hands-on experience in overnight freight operations, POS and SOP adherence, and sales/profitability strategies.

The program lasts up to six weeks, during which you learn Manager on Duty duties, collaborate with NRMs, and support store leadership. During training, you’ll develop skills in staffing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and performance management while upholding company

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing MOD and store-level responsibilities.
• Maintain SOPs with focus on safety and shrink control.
• Support merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity during night shifts.
• Lead training initiatives for the Assistant Manager position.
• Coach and develop associates and ensure customer service standards.
