Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience; leadership experience preferred at 3 years.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow safety policies.
• Strong collaboration and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Perform opening/closing MOD duties and uphold store policies.
• Lead by example and mentor NOASM in Training throughout the program.
• Plan merchandising and inventory with partners to support sales.
• Collaborate with NRMs, Store Manager, ASMs and field teams.
