Job summary

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to manage the Savannah market’s doorstep trash collection, covering nights and weekends. You will lead from the front, hire and train porters, and ensure flawless nightly execution across multiple properties.

You will build client relationships, coordinate staffing, and handle field and administrative tasks including reporting, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving/field supervisory experience or equivalent in a physical operations role.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain company vehicle eligibility.
• Comfortable performing both white-collar and blue-collar tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly doorstep trash collection operations across Savannah market and neighboring areas.
• Hire and train porters to CCS standards.
• Conduct employee audits and on-site quality checks.
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients.
• Manage scheduling to ensure no missed pickups and meet service levels.
• Coordinate safety gear, reporting apps, and payroll forms.
• Maintain nightly reporting, payroll documentation, and compliance.
• Assist in community onboarding and resident orientations.
