Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive hotel experience or a related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience accepted.
• Must have valid driver's license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MOD checklist, report and training manual.
• Tour the operating departments and make adjustments via department heads.
• Serve as MOD during shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Be in public areas during peak times, greeting guests and offering assistance.
