Job summary

NOVO Health Services seeks a strategic Operations Manager to lead courier and trucking operations in a 24/7 environment. You will oversee drivers, dispatch, and operational staff, driving safety, compliance, and service excellence across the service area.

The role requires building relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams, coaching staff, and controlling costs while delivering strong financial performance. A background in healthcare logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing supervisors, drivers, or multi-site teams.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of courier and trucking operations across the service area.
• Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, route efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, routing, and labor costs for efficiency and service quality.
• Lead safety investigations and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and support cross‑functional partnerships.
