Job summary

During the up-to-6 week training period, you will collaborate with NRMs, ASMs, and store leadership to create actionable game plans that boost sales, improve profitability, and ensure smooth department operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma and/or GED completed.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nighttime store operations and freight handling with a focus on safety and process adherence.
• Lead customer experience efforts, drive service and associate engagement, and resolve issues promptly.
• Execute opening/closing duties, SOPs, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity in collaboration with ASM/management.
• Participate in a structured training program to prepare for an Assistant Manager role.
