Job summary

You will guide both front-end and back-end teams, allocate headcount, and coordinate with store leadership to align with store goals. You will mentor associates, drive safety and shrink prevention, and uphold store standards while responding quickly to unexpected events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience acceptable in lieu.
• 5+ years in retail with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience leading or supervising teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using store computer systems and basic sales tools.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations and drive efficiency in checkout, returns, and related tasks.
• Lead and coach team members; provide timely feedback and performance coaching.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage to meet customer demand and store goals.
• Partner with store leadership and HR on associate relations and development.
• Promote safety, shrink prevention, and compliance across departments.
• Drive customer service excellence and respond to operational disruptions promptly.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper headcount in checkout and service areas.
• Monitor and improve store systems, planograms, and product placement.
