Comprehensive Logistics Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will supervise shipping/receiving, Value-Added Assembly, and a team of hourly staff while ensuring WMS/MES/HRIS systems run smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years in a leadership capacity within heavy industrial or logistics, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Location is Denton, with overtime as needed and a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership in automotive, third-party logistics, or heavy industrial/manufacturing.
• Able to lead hourly personnel and train others on processes and procedures.
• Proficient with third-party VAA services including sequencing, JIT, sub-assembly, kitting, and deconsolidation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; flexible with overtime.
• Self-starter with integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving systems via local and customer WMS.
• Supervise Value-Added Assembly personnel and monitor VAA equipment.
• Manage WMS, MES, and HRIS systems; coordinate with transportation.
• Ensure plant cleanliness, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan improvements and lead on-the-job training; support five-phase problem solving.
• Ensure timely shipments and adapt to business needs with shift flexibility.
