Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics is seeking an operations leader to supervise shipping/receiving via WMS, oversee VAA teams, and manage multiple systems including WMS, MES and HRIS. You will coordinate cross‑functional activities with transportation and other departments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and timely shipments.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in logistics or manufacturing, strong training ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership experience in Automotive, 3PL, or heavy industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to train others on processes and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping/receiving systems via local and customer WMS.
• Oversee Value-Added Assembly (VAA) personnel.
• Monitor VAA equipment and system performance.
• Manage WMS, MES and HRIS systems.
• Coordinate activities with transportation and other departments.
• Oversee local/corporate QMS.
• Implement programs for plant cleanliness.
• Assist planning of plant improvements and expansions.
• Participate in cross-functional Five Phase Problem Solving Teams.
• Provide On-the-Job Training.
• Ensure compliance with dock safety procedures.
• Ensure timely customer shipments.

Education

High School or better.
