Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and back-end operations to ensure smooth store flow and customer service excellence.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to associates, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Participate in interviews and help select new associates for the assigned area.
• Ensure safety and shrink prevention through routine checks and procedure adherence.
• Manage headcount and staffing across checkout, service desks, and key departments.
• Drive operational efficiency by enforcing processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Act as MOD when required, delivering leadership during shifts and handling escalations.
• Handle payroll closeout and other run-the-business tasks as assigned.
