Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Stock Controller to lead a fast-paced department, supervise scheduling, and train Partners across multiple store areas. You will use data to manage inventory, ensure 100% in-stock levels, and uphold display standards while delivering superior customer service.

The role involves night shifts and coordinating with DSD vendors, with opportunities for growth within the store system and related departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in stocking or customer service.
• Experience leading an overnight team, or large teams in other areas of the business (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight stocking team and delegate tasks.
• Train and develop Partners; assist with onboarding.
• Manage inventory and in-stocks using technology and data.
• Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to shoppers.
