Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Contract Compliance Manager in California to ensure quality control across general operations. You will coordinate with independent contractors and in-house staff, resolve client concerns, and enforce policies to meet client standards and SLAs.

The role requires planning, leadership, and strong communication, with night shifts (5pm–2am) possible depending on client needs. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of prior management experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Spanish speaking a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff.
• Communicate issues daily to ensure immediate attention and resolution.
• Assign IC work to meet client standards and SLAs; discharge if not meeting service levels.
• Manage inspections, complaints, and new client starts, including VIP requests.
• Utilize CRM for daily duties and reporting.
