Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) for night shifts to support its construction-site health services. The role focuses on immediate medical response, injury stabilization, and preventive health measures for workers.

The ideal candidate holds EMT or Paramedic certification with BLS for Healthcare Providers and is comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment. OSHA standards familiarity is preferred, with overtime and call-back as required.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in pre-hospital or clinical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care for accidents and emergencies on-site.
• Stabilize injuries, coordinate transport to medical facilities when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records of assessments and treatments.
• Conduct safety walks and implement preventive measures with the project team.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, and workplace safety.
• Manage onsite wellness programs, health screenings, and education.
• Operate and maintain on-site medical equipment and supplies.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
