Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hospital-wide throughput and staffing/resources.
• Provide frontline leadership for operational/financial management.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement patient care policies and protocols.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and patient care quality.
• Conduct rounds, engage with staff, and address care delivery issues.
