Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
• CA RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider within 6 months of hire.
• Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Understand and oversee utilization and case management processes.
• Ensure timely patient care and coordination across units and sites.
• Monitor daily rounds and care documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager/Educator on orientation for new staff.
• Direct staffing using patient classification tools and compliance with Title 22.
