Corewell Health is seeking caregivers for the 5 West Observational Unit at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. You will support RN staff by taking vitals, assisting with daily activities, and providing safe, compassionate care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 90 days (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and report observations to RN or provider.
• Check blood sugars and assist with daily care.
• Provide bed baths, assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with wound care and catheterization as directed.
• Act as safety attendant and ensure accurate documentation.
