Job summary

Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor – RN for the overnight shift. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $45.00–$48.00 per hour, based on experience, with an 11:00PM – 7:00AM schedule and rotating weekends and holidays.

You will lead licensed nurses and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, follow physician orders, train staff on policies, and ensure compliance with clinical standards in a compassionate, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Take full responsibility for residents' nursing care; monitor conditions and follow physician orders.
• Recognize and report changes in residents' conditions; initiate or assist with interventions; maintain a safe environment.
• Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures; ensure compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
