Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and performance improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care requirements and rounds across units to guide care.
• Ensure departmental staffing plans are implemented and communicated.
