Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the night shift to oversee patient care areas, guide clinical teams, and ensure compliance with nursing standards within a psychiatric facility.

The role requires an Associates Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of RN experience with psychiatric care. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the resident state.
• Minimum of 3 years Registered Nursing experience.
• Psychiatric nursing experience required.
• Must successfully complete CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care areas on all units and perform rounds.
• Ensure departmental staffing plans are implemented.
• Serve as a resource to staff for clinical problems.
• Provide follow-up, documentation and incident communication to management.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and safe medication administration.
• Maintain environment of care and infection control practices.
