Uptown Rehabilitation in Albuquerque is seeking a Nights RN Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes. You will lead nursing units on the night shift, ensure compliance with policies, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments to optimize care delivery.

Requirements include RN licensure and BSN preferred; compensation includes variable plans and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of nursing care and outcomes.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring policy and standard adherence.
• Mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, and implement the care delivery model.
• Maintain adequate staffing to provide safe 24/7 care, minimize overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and promote appropriate promotions/transfers.
