Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, psychiatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care requirements by rounds and supervise staffing accordingly.
• Maintain milieu management and direct patient care activities with nursing staff.
• Provide timely, accurate reporting and documentation of patient progress.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients about medications.
• Collaborate with DON/Nurse Manager and administrators on tactical issues.
