Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will guide care delivery, ensure adherence to policies, and mentor clinical staff to uphold high standards of patient outcomes.

This full-time night supervisor role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, start‑day benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a national post‑acute provider.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS to be obtained within 1 year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback and annual evaluations.
• Assume patient care as needed and build relationships with patients for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
