Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within 1 year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within 1 year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience within the last five years.
• Leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse or lead role) responsible for outcomes.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units.
