Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications to be obtained if not already held.
• CRRN certification within a year of meeting eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed.
• Provide direct patient care when required and build meaningful patient relationships.
