Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our rehab nursing team on the night shift. You will oversee patient care, implement procedures, and ensure compassionate, high-quality service in a collaborative setting.

You will act as a liaison between administration and staff, supervise care delivery, and support staff growth through feedback and evaluations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time night RN Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BSN or related field preferred; ACLS/BLS certification, within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Prior leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor and manage staff; provide on-the-spot feedback and evaluations.
• Provide patient care as needed and build relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and guide team toward quality outcomes.
