Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and documents patient health data accurately.
• Performs assessments, analyzes data, and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements care safely and documents actions as part of the plan of care.
• Collaborates for timely patient placement and transfers per hospital policy.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed with safety and protocol adherence.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, procedures and care plans.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
