Job summary

AdventHealth Winter Garden in Florida is seeking an experienced RN for PRN/StaffFlex assignments across our facilities. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Eligible candidates have 2+ years of acute hospital nursing, an active RN license, BLS, and strong communication skills in English. Travel and temporary placements are supported within AdventHealth's system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license required; BLS CPR certification required.
• Fluent in English; strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical proficiency and critical thinking in patient care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Documents assessments and plans of care accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to coordinate transfers and admissions.
• Promotes patient education and advocates for patient rights.
