Job summary

AdventHealth StaffFlex is hiring for flexible bedside nursing openings across multiple locations. You will work in day and night shifts, with opportunities to float within hospitals in 9 states and convert to permanent staff where possible.

Candidate must have RN license, at least 2 years of acute hospital experience, and a commitment to compassionate care within AdventHealth’s mission. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows-based programs.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts thorough assessments and develops evidence-based plans of care.
• Implements interventions safely and documents actions taken.
• Collaborates on patient placement, discharge, and transfer as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments per prescribed orders.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and plans.
