Job summary

The role supports 24/7/365 operations, with 36 scheduled hours weekly, 7:00pm–7:30am, and every other weekend/ holiday rotations; a Bachelor's in Nursing is strongly preferred and RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• BLS – Basic Life Support per American Heart Association.
• RN – Registered Nurse licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan patient care; document outcomes.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses.
• Lead process improvements to support quality and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Support 24/7/365 operations and maintain high reliability in care delivery.
• Adhere to department policies and nursing care standards.
