Job summary

Duke University Health System in Durham, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide and supervise direct and indirect nursing care in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have a BSN or be enrolled in a BSN program, with NC RN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program; exceptions may apply with a BSN enrollment plan.
• Graduation from an accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care using the nursing process.
• Plan and provide advanced and/or specialized nursing care as assigned.
• Participate in professional practice activities, educational activities, and committees.
