Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

• Patient assessment, care planning, and clinical judgment.
• Medication administration and prescription knowledge.
• Discharge planning and follow-up care knowledge.
• Health information documentation practices.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification; PA RN license.
• Ability to work in inter-professional teams.
