The position requires a Specialized Diploma and PA RN licensure, with preferred BSN and acute care experience. Responsibilities include education, evidence-based practice, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Knowledge of patient-and family-centered practice and how to convey respect in care planning
• Cultural awareness of diverse backgrounds and the ability to connect with patients and families
• Effective communication to transmit and interpret information with patients and families
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care, and ability to develop and implement a treatment plan
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs and arranging follow-up care
• AHA BLS certification and RN license in PA or applicable state
